Co-Creative UX/UI for Customer Enablement

How It Started

GoStudent needed a user-friendly way to incentivize tutors (platform users) and increase engagement by making rewards and growth opportunities more visible and accessible in the product interface.

Approach

We launched a cross-team initiative to design a new Reward Scheme UX. Using co-creation workshops, user interviews, and financial feasibility analysis, we built, tested, and refined the design over three quarters.

My Contribution

I led brainstorming sessions to align feature ideas with tutor feedback and company OKRs. I helped prototype the initial UI in Figma, coordinated market-specific rollouts, and authored provider communications to support adoption.

Impact

The new Reward Scheme was launched successfully in key markets. Its intuitive design drove quick adoption, enhanced tutor satisfaction, and ensured long-term engagement with learning, community events, and bonus opportunities.
