GT School (now LearnWith.AI) developed an AI-powered EdTech program to revolutionize learning for K-12, AP, and SAT students. The focus was on personalizing educational experiences using AI, with close collaboration across teams in strategic planning, product development, and AI prompt engineering. Customer enablement was prioritized through iterative user testing, product development, and intuitive UX design.
The goal was to deliver a beta version within two quarters, covering eight K-12 and AP courses. The project also aimed to equip teams for rapid product development while enabling continuous improvements to personalized learning. Additionally, customer enablement was a key priority, ensuring the program was accessible and easy for students to adopt.
The product development process included:
Each team member owned specific product domains. I led the K-12 Science domain, overseeing the development and launch of three content types. My responsibilities included:
Our team integrated five product domains into the AI EdTech app within two quarters, including three K-12 Science content types I supervised. Adoption was rapid, with beta feedback confirming the app creates personalized learning pathways, accelerating progress. AI versions achieved 5x faster milestone attainment than non-AI.
Team enablement was equally successful—teams quickly adopted new AI development processes, enabling faster iterations and continuous product improvement, enhancing student learning on a daily basis.
The AI-powered EdTech program unlocked a scalable product, increasing accessibility to personalized learning. By tailoring content, the program enables students to progress at their own pace, fostering more effective and meaningful educational outcomes.
