Casa Flow, a coliving space in Mexico, aimed to strengthen its community and improve the guest experience in a way that reflected the evolving needs of remote-working expats.
I joined as Community Manager to lead weekly events, optimize daily operations, and turn feedback into action. My goal was to make people find a sense of belonging and feel at home - not just housed - through intentional experiences.
I became the go-to point of contact for guests, facilitated community rituals, local-expat initiatives, and aligned workflows with community feedback. I also streamlined internal processes to create a more sustainable model.
Monthly leads increased by 60%, and guests reported feeling more connected and engaged. The space now runs on a model rooted in feedback, inclusion, and community-centered design.
